Domaine Carneros back open!

This is the latest at Domaine Carneros

Dear friends,

The last ten days have tested the resilience of our community and shown that when there is need, we come together. Domaine Carneros staff members have volunteered their time to feed First Responders (firefighters, police, paramedics, volunteers and more), assist in evacuation centers, care for affected animals, and more. We are all in awe of the thousands of First Responders from near and far who have faced these catastrophic fires head-on. Thanks to their tireless efforts, we are able to report significant containment of the fires that have consumed over 150,000 acres in Northern California and destroyed thousands of homes and businesses.

Our hearts go out to all who have suffered such great loss. With the focus shifting toward recovery, Domaine Carneros has donated $10,000 to the North Bay Disaster Relief Fund. Many have asked us how you can help and this is one of the many outstanding organizations providing disaster relief. In addition, please consider visiting our area as tourism will be a critical part of our region’s recovery.

It brings us joy to report that everyone on our staff is safe, and our Visitor Center is now open! Visitors will find that construction has also begun on Le Jardin d’Hiver – the Winter Garden glass conservatory. Located on the north terrace, this striking new addition will offer beautiful views of Carneros within protected outdoor seating.
