Diamante Cabo San Lucas climbs the course rankings!

Diamante Cabo San Lucas’ (Diamante) Dunes Course rose two positions to No. 36 in GOLF Magazine’s Top 100 Courses in the World 2017.  The Dunes Course, which opened in 2009, debuted in 2011 at No. 58 and has risen steadily to the No. 36 spot as Diamante has continued to improve the course. The Dunes Course is the highest rated golf course in Latin America according to the new rankings and has also been ranked as the #1 course in all of Mexico by Golf Digest (2016).

Designed by 20-time PGA tour winner Davis Love III and his design team, the Dunes Course is a championship 18-hole traditional links course with a unique 14-acre practice facility.  Situated within the private, master-planned oceanfront community of Diamante in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the course stretches along the majestic Baja Coastline.  Wind-swept dunes, carved contours and wide ocean views create the ultimate, world-class links experience.

The Dunes course offers captivating views and some of the most dramatic meetings of desert, ocean, white dunes, and green fairways in the entire world.  At 7,022 yards from the championship tees, the course is as challenging as it is breathtaking.

The Top 100 list is published every two years and is selected by GOLF Magazine panelists consisting of architects, tour players, historians and connoisseurs of the game.
