For the fourth time this season, San José State women’s golfer Kajsa Arwefjäll has been named the Mountain West Women’s Golfer of the Week, this time for her performance at the Silverado Showdown.
Arwefjäll recorded her fifth top-10 finish of the spring as she tied for eighth place at two-over par 218. She shot 74-72-72 for her three rounds and tied for the third-most pars made with 38. Arwefjäll helped the Spartans tie for seventh place at the tournament that featured seven top-50 ranked teams.
The Spartans next play at the Mountain West Championships, April 20-21.
