“Where is the PGA Tour this week”
The PGA Tour is back this week with the Bank of Utah Championships highlights the FedExCup Fall schedule takes place.
It is actually not the worst field I have seen as Tony Finau highlights the field along with one of the Presidents Cup heroes Jackson Koivun.
Koivun, who was the only player on either side not to lose a match in the Presidents Cup will be joined by rival International team members Nick Taylor and Christiaan Bezuidenhout in the field.
Other notables are Max Homa, Maverick McNealy, Blades Brown, and Luke Clanton.
The tournament is being played at Black Desert Resort, a course that plays 7,421 yards, a distance somewhat mitigated by the course sitting 3,100 feet.
The course offers wide fairways and shorter-than-normal rough but black lava rock surrounds much of the course and a wild drive is severely penalized.
The tournament is televised each day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Golf Channel.
