Northern California Fair Racing starts Friday, June 19!

The summer of Northern California Fair Horse Racing kicks off Friday, June 19 as the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton will host six weeks of racing.

The meet will consist of racing from Friday-Sunday each week from June 19-to-July 26. The first four weeks will be the Alameda County Fair meet, with the last two weeks being the California State Fair Racing dates, being run at Pleasanton.

Post time each day will be 2:45 p.m., except for Saturday, June 20 when the first post will be 3:15 p.m. because of the Belmont Stakes post time.

Only essential race-track personnel will be allowed at the races, with an exception being made for outside dining at the Trackside Terrace where reservations are required.

Wagering for the races can be made at internet sites such as TVG, Twinspires, and Xpressbet. TVG will air the last four races each day, with the rest of the races being streamed on Racetrack Television Network, a subscription service online.
