The U.S. Open starts play on Thursday at Shinnecock Hills, with the tee times start at 4 a.m. on the West Coast.
Following is what I feel are the most notable tee times, with all listed starting times PDT. An * after the time means they group is starting on the 10th tee.
4:30 a.m.: Brooks Koepka, Cameron Young, Chris Gotterup.
4:41 a.m.: Daniel Berger, Keegan Bradley, Rickie Fowler.
4:52 a.m.: Patrick Reed, Andrew Novak, Kurt Kitayama.
4:52 a.m.*: Rory McIlroy, Ludvig Aberg, Tommy Fleetwood
5:14 a.m.: Mason Howell (A), Scottie Sheffler, J.J. Spaun
10:23 a.m.*: Bryson DeChammbeau, Viktor Hovland, Matt Fitzpatrick.
10:36 a.m.*: Dustin Johnson, Wyndham Clark, Gary Woodland
10:47 a.m.: Justin Thomas, Hideki Matsuyama, Xander Schauffele
11:09 a.m.: Justin Rose, Jordan Spieth, Jon Rahm.
The tournament will receive an extensive amount of TV coverage. On all days of the tournament, feature group streaming will be available at www.usopen.com.
On Thursday, the USA Network has coverage from 3:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
On Friday the Peacock network has coverage from 3:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with coverage on NBC from 10:30 a.m,-4:30 p.m.
Saturday the coverage will be on USA from 7 a.m.-9 a.m., then from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on NBC.
The Open wraps up on Sunday from 6 a.m.-9 a.m. on USA, and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on NBC.
