Zubair Firdaus shot a 67 (-4) to finish the first two rounds with a 135 (-7) to be in fourth place and lead San José State in the first two days of the Visit Stockton Invitational from the Stockton Country Club on Friday.
- Caleb Shetler carded a 72 (+1) for a two round total of 140 (-2) which is good for a tie at 27th.
- Kristopher Stiles is right behind Shetler after putting up a 68 (-3) and a 141 (-1) after the first two rounds which is good for a tie at 31st.
- Avinash Iyer is has a 142 (E) after the first two rounds.
- Kotaro Murata carded a 143 (+1) after the first two days.
- SJSU is in third out of 16 teams after the first two rounds after shooting a 555 (-13)
- The Spartans are back at it at 9:15 a.m. tomorrow to finish out the Visit Stockton Invitational.
