This came in Monday from or friends at San Juan Oaks!
Dear Valued Guests,
San Benito County Health and Human Services Agency has updated the shelter in place order to allow for golf courses to open with restrictions as of April 27, 2020. That being said, we are currently evaluating the golf course social distancing requirements that will be imposed as well as ensuring the safety of our staff and guests. We will remain closed for the time being as we diligently work on a plan to reopen the course as soon as possible.
When we reopen, there will be limitations to hours of operations, tee times, number of golfers, cart restrictions, as well as open to San Benito County Residents only. We plan on meeting all the guidelines that are being presented by the County. We will update you once we have a firm date that we will reopen.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Stay safe and healthy.
Best regards,
San Juan Oaks Management
Thursday Update: San Juan Oaks announced it will re-open on May 6 with golf limited to San Benito County residents. Similar to other courses, the management has changed operations and on-course amenities to limit the spread of the virus.
