Every Thursday through the end of the year, cowboys converge at Vinyl for Stampede Country Music & Dancing. This free event begins at 8 p.m. with classic country and today’s hottest hits with line dancing lessons at 7:30 p.m., exclusive drink specials – a 32 oz. boot-shaped cup filled with beer, and plenty of two stepping. Give thanks at Park Prime with a special Thanksgiving menu that includes three courses: start off with a choice of a wedge salad or smoked coconut pumpkin soup followed by a turkey dinner, ham dinner or combo plate. Entrees are served with wild mushroom stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and glazed carrots. Finish the meal with pecan pie, pumpkin pie, sweet potato mousse or white and chocolate mousse. Thanksgiving dinner is $50 per person.

Park Prime will host three Christmas buffets with varying price points and all include salad selections, sweet potato mash and holiday desserts. For $65/person, menu features chestnut peanut soup, green bean salad, herb roasted free range chicken, root vegetables and prime rib. The next buffet includes wild mushroom truffle bisque, confit asparagus, turkey breast, salmon, and prime rib for $75/person. The final menu offers choices of lobster bisque soup, turkey breast, shrimp pasta, roasted vegetables, and whole herbed beef tenderloin for $95/person.
