With the opening of the Fairway One property at Pebble Beach, the luxury lodging accommodations got even deeper at the world class resort.

Fairway One joins The Lodge, Casa Palmero, and the Inn at Spanish Bay as the Pebble Beach lodging options.

Fairway One is located along the first fairway of the Pebble Beach Golf Links – the name makes perfect sense – and is as wonderful as the course itself.

The property features 38 rooms, including 30 across three, two-story buildings that showcase fairway and partial ocean views.

There are also two stand-alone four-bedroom cottages – named the Eastwood Cottage and Palmer Cottage – on the first fairway, perfect destinations for buddy trips, corporate retreats or even bridal parties.

Each cottage living room features a wood-beam ceiling and stone fireplace, large-screen TVs and bar, and an outdoor terrace with fire pit.

It also includes a brand-new meeting facility, highlighted by a spectacular main meeting room and terrace, plus full kitchen and immersive floor to ceiling views of the first fairway.

Taking a tour of the property, the first – and only word – is stunning as siting right off the first fairway gives you the total golf feeling on one of the most iconic courses in the world.

As far as meeting facilities go, they are welcoming and all one would expect from Pebble Beach.

There are four basic options, or three, with a nice reception option.

The Fairway One Room is 2,500 square feet with a capacity of up to 225 guests; The Fairway One Boardroom is 700 square feet and can accommodate up to 26 guests; Finally, the Fairway One Pre-Function area is 800 square feet with a capacity of up to 80 guests.
