It has been two weeks since the devastating fires first broke out, and we are so thankful to have blue skies back in our beautiful valley. Again, we are happy to report that Gargiulo Vineyards was spared by the fires. Thanks to the amazing efforts of our winemaker Kristof Anderson and his incredible team, we are currently finishing the 2017 vintage wines.
We are forever indebted to the many members of the community and first responders from around the state of California, neighboring states and abroad who tirelessly dedicated their lives and time to fight the fires.Their combined efforts helped to preserve our valley and save countless lives.
We also appreciate that so many of you have asked how to support our community. One of the most important activities that will aid recovery efforts is to visit the Wine Country – stay in the beautiful hotels, dine in the fabulous restaurants, visit the tasting rooms and enjoy Napa and Sonoma wines. Most venues are open and ready to receive visitors. Over the next several months there will be many fundraisers and events to help those in need and Gargiulo Vineyards will participate to the fullest in these efforts.
