In this private experience, learn about Gio’s “Earth to Glass” and “light-touch” approach to wine-making while having the opportunity to spend personal time with Gio. This is a unique opportunity to get all your questions answered in a limited group.

Gio will talk about our grower partnerships, our single vineyard wines, and how he utilizes the unique characteristics of each neighborhood in the Russian River Valley to craft his artisanal wines.
The selection of wines features the finest RRV has to offer. These wines are barrel aged for significantly longer, given the utmost attention and care by Gio, and have not been featured on our tasting flights.

2021 Bacigalupi Chardonnay
The latest vintage of this well-loved and respected Chardonnay. Picked from the budwood of the vines that produced the award-winning California Chardonnay that won the “Judgement of Paris” wine tasting in 1976, this put Sonoma County on the map. Have the opportunity to sample this sought-after wine straight from the barrel.
2016 Double Barrel Pinot Noir
Blended from our two finest vineyards – Horseridge and Burke Family Vineyards. Crafted from only two barrels, this vintage is one of our most luxurious and limited productions at just 50 cases. Each bottle is skillfully hand painted by artist Dom Chi designs, depicting an original illustration of the RRV estate.
Austin Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir
From the vineyard by our winemaker’s predecessor & mentor, RRV consulting winemaker Anthony Austin. A truly spectacular Pinot Noir with complexity and nuance, sip this fantastic wine and learn about the inspiring relationship between mentor and mentee.
